Yes, there is a service fee charge simply for a consultation. However, we strive to provide quality service at an affordable rate, so the fee is very reasonable for the best service possible.
How long have you been servicing air conditioning systems?
We have been servicing both heating and air conditioning systems for twenty years.
If I have a problem during a busy time of the year, how can you help me?
All of our clients are top priority and sometimes our work hours are seasonal. Therefore, during those times, we are available seven days a week during summer as seven days a week during winter.
Other companies offer discounts to grab my business, do you offer any such incentives?
We offer a 10% coupon for the servicing of equipment, repair, and any follow-up maintenance. Just present it at the consultation.
